Refund Policies

Sorry, We don't accept returns or cancelations due to the nature of the products. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and please contact us immediately if there is one or more items defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, and keep you a happy customer.

To be eligible for a return in case product damages occur, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You can contact us at zenliliessoaps@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Privacy 

How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: 
- Communicate with you; 
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and 
- When Subscribed to our Newsletter, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 


Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
